Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked & Fastest)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day
- Cost: £6.95
- Tracking: Fully tracked & signed for
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund for the order amount, minus return shipping costs.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@diamondrosejewellery.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
